Valet was backed up as everyone was leaving a conference. Georgia was calm, cool, and collected despite the rush. She handled the situation with grace and kindness. Quality people will always make the experience better!

The staff at Bally’s Hotel in Baton Rouge was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, but two people really stood out. Mia from the valet service went above and beyond—always kind, cheerful, and happy to help. There was also a wonderful lady working the night audit and late shifts who was extremely helpful throughout our stay (I wish I had caught her name!). Both of them made our experience even better. Overall, I’m very thankful for the great service we received.

Our experience at Bally’s was fantastic! The location in Baton Rogue is perfect - it’s walking distance from a scenic view and walkway bordering the Mississippi River, along with the restaurants in their downtown district. There was some construction going on during our stay, which made navigating back a little bit more difficult, but certainly not impossible. The room was very pretty (I liked that there was no hotel-carpet) and we had a great view of the courtyard. Before we left, we played the human-sizes Connect Four, but if we had more time, we would have liked to play the other games like Big Jenga, Corn Hole, and Mini-Bowling. The staff was friendly and very helpful with helping us get to-and-from the hotel as we made trips about the town. We definitely want to stay again!

Trevon the valet attendant was very friendly and courteous upon my arrival. His customer service skills were impressive. He not only had an inviting smile on his face but, he made my first stay feel very welcoming. He brought my bags up with no hesitation and was pleasant the whole time. He had the personality with his coworkers greeting with a bright smile and a warm hello.

My favorite hotel by far in the Capital City & I’m not playing favorites. Excellent rooms, modern, new & exciting. The staff are very attentive & generally care - which is rare these days! Valet is consistently hustling, Shuttle is always on time & it almost feels like when you check in, you’ve entered an entirely different city! Going to visit more Bally’s across the country moving forward, but shout out to the staff - I can tell they were hand picked: from security to the coffee shop/bartenders & host (hostesses). A Must stay location! Can’t wait to experience the Casino part - That’s all just extra!!!

I checked into the Bally’s casino pretty late. Alyncia & Malik were very helpful and alert and explained the valet car services and pricing. The front desk clerk on duty was also very nice and accommodating. My husband checked us in and left my name which she managed to remember without my help.

We ONLY usually stay in legit 5 star hotels when we travel which is very often. However, we did not manage to find a 5 star hotel in Baton Rouge so we stayed here. My wife and I are fortunate we stayed. It was really so nice and very, very comfy. All of the staff were tremendous. I'll try it very hard to think of a complaint but I cannot think of any. Thanks so much Bally's and the family!!

Stayed here for our 29th Anniversary. Rooms are great, staff is professional and the price of dining is phenomenal. They also run a shuttle between Ballys and the Queen. Great weekend experience. Very memorable!!!

Definitely a nice casino. Everything was new. Bright lights. Food carts had good food. You get that Southern hospitality and hopefully you have a good time. Don't go there to win. Go to how to play and have a good time
